How we write

General guidance over listings that go stale: gym pricing, schedules and staff change constantly, so we teach you how to choose rather than pretending to choose for you. Where we name institutions (the great stadiums), they're the sport's permanent landmarks. Where we describe neighbourhoods, customs or the sport's own structure, we stick to what's genuinely well established rather than guessing at specifics — no invented gym names, no invented prices, no invented statistics. Verify anything time-sensitive directly.

Who this is for

Everyone from a total beginner weighing a first week of classes to a long-stay student edging toward the fighter track — including the specific questions that come with training as a woman, training with kids, or simply deciding between fitness and fighter-track training. The city has room for all of it, and so does this guide.
